This system serves a chain of 5 medical aesthetics clinics. Core modules include: customer CRM (with purchase history, allergy records, treatment records), doctor scheduling and booking, product inventory management, multi-store financial reports, and membership points system. Frontend: React + Ant Design Pro, Backend: Python FastAPI. After launch, it replaced the client's Excel + paper process, reducing booking conflicts by 90% and monthly financial reporting from 3 days to 1 hour.
